Return Policy

For Returns from Dhaka City:
  • Customers must check the product in front of the delivery personnel upon receiving it.
  • Complaints will not be accepted once the delivery person has left.
  • If the product is not preferred, the delivery charge will still be applicable.
For Returns from Outside Dhaka:
  • Customers must check the product at the courier office before receiving it.
  • If there are any issues, they should contact the call center at 01541658616.
  • For home deliveries, the product must be checked in front of the delivery person.
  • Complaints will not be accepted once the delivery person has left.
  • If the product is not preferred, the delivery charge will still be applicable.
Additional Return Guidelines:
  • The showroom is open six days a week (except Fridays), and products can be exchanged in-store.
  • A valid reason or an unboxing video is required for in-store exchanges.
  • If an incorrect size or defective product is delivered, Punjabi Shop Ltd. will bear the return cost.
  • If the correct product is delivered but the customer still wants an exchange, the customer must bear all costs.
  • Products can be exchanged within a maximum of 7 days.
