Failure to do so may result in issues for which AristoFabric will not be liable.

Services Offered

AristoFabric provides various internet-based services collectively referred to as “Services.” One of the main services is enabling users to purchase products of their choice from AristoFabric. You can make purchases using different payment methods available on the site. After placing an order, AristoFabric will deliver the product, and you will be responsible for making the payment.

Prohibited Actions

Accuracy of Information

AristoFabric strives to keep all information as accurate as possible. However, it does not guarantee that product descriptions or other site content are entirely accurate, reliable, or error-free. If a product description is incorrect, your only remedy is to return the unused product.

Return Policy

A product is eligible for return if:

• It is damaged, defective, or different from the description.
• The size of clothing does not match.
• The color of clothing is incorrect.
• The wrong product was delivered.

Return Process

To initiate a return, contact AristoFabric Customer Care within 3 days of receiving your order at support@aristofabric.store or call 01843456875. Once your return is approved, the team will inspect the product. If the return reason is valid, the product will be replaced or refunded.

Refund Policy

• Refund processing starts after evaluating the return.
• Replacement is subject to stock availability. If out of stock, a full refund will be provided.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) service charges and shipping charges are non-refundable.
• If you chose COD, no refund is needed as no payment was made upfront.
• Payments made via credit/debit cards, mobile banking, or bank transfer will be refunded.
• Online payments due to technical issues will also be refunded.
• Refunds typically take 7-10 business days. If not received within this period, contact support@aristofabric.store for assistance.
